  • 1 initial consultation

  • review of health history/goals, intake forms and food journal

  • summarized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations

  • 1  hands-on learning session with recipes (1.5 hours)

  • 1 follow-up session (1.5 hours)

  • Unlimited email communication for duration of the program

3-month Program
